Our indoor Facilities is spread over two open-plan rooms. Children have a complete run of both rooms, the living room 26ft x 12ft which contains three sofas has various toys towards one side of the room (mostly a toy kitchen with a large barrel of plastic food etc, gear station, large Duplo, cars etc. extra toys are added depending on what age/stage of children are with us in the day.)  This room leads through French doors into an open plan kitchen 19ft x 10ft, this area we use for messy activities (painting/cooking etc.), a computer is on the table for the older children as and when required.  We have high chairs & Children's tables for their dinner/snack times. Freshly prepared food is made first thing in the morning before children arrive, so we have limited hazards when children are with us. A door leads from the kitchen into the conservatory which is used for all indoor toys & resources. French doors from the conservatory leading to the outdoor facilities. A fourth room leads of from the living room which is used for a travel cot if a child needs sleep while others are at play we have this baby monitored when in use, we do have a quiet period in the afternoon for children to rest & relax.

Our outdoor facilities are fully enclosed by a large fence & trees, with just one exit which has two double gates that are locked at all times. All the play equipment sits on compacted layers of natural pine bark which is best suited for play areas, as the bark as no preservatives which can cause skin irritations & rashes. The bark gives a reasonable amount of protection against an accidental fall as it gives on impact, plus also the added advantages that the bark will dry quicker than grass so the ground doesn't get chewed up thus allowing the Children more time in outdoor activities regardless of the weather. The outdoor play equipment we have covers a wide age range of Children allowing to promote gross & fine motor skills and exercise.

The children also have full use of a fully enclosed 12ftx12ft wooden gazebo, this helps give shade to children in the summer months & covered in wet weather so allowing outdoor time regardless of mild/moderate weather conditions.

The equipment/resources we have covered a large age range and child's stages of development from soft play mats, numerous educational toys/puzzles (numbers/letters/words/picture matching etc.) through to music various instruments to large games such a football table. We also do creative activities (various types of painting/drawing/coloring & model making)
